A new hotel villa construction project is currently underway in Karuizawa. Serving as the main entity for the project, we will handle comprehensive tasks ranging from basic design to administrative consultations.
What I did
ホテルはメディテーションやウェルネスに焦点を当て、ラグジュアリーな空間を提供します。プロジェクトのコンセプトは「大地をいただく、薬樹、森の再生、森への憧憬」であり、建物の建設が地域の土地と土壌を豊かにすることを目指しています。ホテルは7部屋の客室とオーナーのプライベートエリアであるホリデーハウスを備えています。付帯施設として、メディテーションやウェルネスの要素を強化し、ゲストにプライバシーと贅沢な滞在時間だけでなく、リラックスと健康促進のプログラムを提供します。
ホテルの建設において、土地の特性や環境に配慮し、自然との調和を強調したデザインが取り入れられます。薬樹や植栽の配置は地域の生態系に寄与し、持続可能な開発を追求します。建物の設計および運営は環境に優しく持続可能なものとなります。再生可能エネルギーの活用や廃棄物のリサイクルなど、環境への配慮がプロジェクト全体に組み込まれています。
The hotel focuses on meditation and wellness, providing a luxurious environment. The project's concept is centered around "embracing the land, medicinal trees, regenerating the forest, and yearning for the woods," aiming to enrich the local land and soil through the construction of the building. The hotel consists of seven guest rooms and a private area for the owner, known as the Holiday House. As additional facilities, there will be an emphasis on enhancing meditation and wellness elements, offering guests not only privacy and luxurious stay but also relaxation and health promotion programs.
In the construction of the hotel, consideration for the characteristics of the land and the environment will be paramount, with a design that emphasizes harmony with nature. The arrangement of medicinal trees and plantings will contribute to the local ecosystem, striving for sustainable development. The design and operation of the building will be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Environmental considerations, such as the utilization of renewable energy and recycling of waste, are incorporated throughout the entire project.
