内神田の新築賃貸マンションのデザイン監修
内神田において、新築マンションのデザイン監修を担当し、建物の外観および共用部と専有部のインテリアデザインを手がけました。この建物は、事業主から委託された統括設計者の設計により建物の躯体や形状が決定しており、私たちは、事業主から依頼を受け元設計の設計者が対応しきれないデザイン部分の課題解決に取り組みました。 事業主からは入居者に提供する商品としてより魅力的な建物を求められ、また、従前の事業主の他のマンションシリーズと異なるデザインを望まれていました。
I was responsible for the design supervision of a new rental apartment in Uchikanda, overseeing the exterior of the building as well as the interior design of common and private areas. The structure and shape of the building were determined by the lead designer commissioned by the client, and our role involved addressing design challenges in areas that the original designer could not fully manage, as per the client's request. The client sought a more attractive building to offer to prospective tenants as a product, and they also desired a design distinct from the client's previous series of apartments.

これらの課題に対して、豊富な経験と技術を活かし、外観および共用部と専有部のインテリアデザインに取り組みました。その結果、募集前に80％の入居が決まり、現在は満室稼働となっています。 この実績により、建築デザイン監修業務の分野における専門性と品質について、さらなる信頼と評価を得ることができました。今後も、私たちはクライアントのニーズに合わせた最適なデザインを提供し、建築業界の発展に貢献してまいります。
With our extensive experience and expertise, we tackled the challenges in the exterior and interior design of common and private areas. As a result, 80% of the units were leased before recruitment, and the building is currently fully occupied. This achievement has allowed us to gain further trust and recognition in the field of architectural design supervision, emphasizing our specialization and quality. Moving forward, we will continue to provide optimal designs tailored to our clients' needs, contributing to the development of the construction industry.
