Overview
深谷に全く新しい形態のクラブハウス、「3on3Fukaya」が誕生しました。株式会社セイフルがオーナーとなるこの施設は、深谷の街において住民の利便性と豊かな体験を提供することを目的としています。クラフトビールのブルワリー、地域の育成を目指すカフェ、そして地元のバスケットボールをサポートするコートが備わっています。未来の深谷ならではのライフスタイルとスポーツ・食を中心としたカルチャーを地域の人々と共有し、クラフトビールの様に施設も時間と共に、醸成していくことを目指しています。
In Fukaya, a completely new type of clubhouse, "3on3Fukaya," has emerged. Owned by Seiful Corporation, this facility aims to provide convenience and enriching experiences for the residents of Fukaya. The facility includes a craft beer brewery, a cafe dedicated to fostering the community, and a basketball court supporting local basketball. The goal is to share a lifestyle unique to the future Fukaya, centered around sports, food, and culture, with the local community. Like craft beer, the facility also aspires to evolve over time and become an integral part of the community.
What I did
セイフルは地域密着型の総合設備工事会社として知られ、深谷のバスケットボールチームの応援や地域に開かれた公共施設の設備工事に取り組んできました。3on3Fukayaはその延長線上に位置するもので、地域とのつながりを重視しました。カフェやブルワリーの導入により、深谷での生活がより便利で豊かになることを目指しました。カフェでは地域の人々が気軽に集まり、ブルワリーでは地元産の食材やビールを楽しむ場を提供しています。
3on3Fukayaは民間企業がつくる地域のコミュニティーパークとして位置付けられています。セイフルの思いを形にする過程で、小さな公園のような開かれた場所として地域の人々に親しまれるようになりました。インフラの整備と同時に、施設全体のデザインにもこだわりました。大きな庇がバスケットボールコートやコミュニティースペースを覆い、明るく開放的でありながら、深谷の風土や人とのコミュニケーションを大切にするデザインとなりました。3on3Fukayaは株式会社セイフル社員のアイデアが具現化された場所です。社員の意見や提案を取り入れ、街のコミュニティーを形成するインフラとして活用されています。
Seiful is known as a locally rooted comprehensive facility construction company, actively supporting the Fukaya basketball team and engaging in facility construction for community-oriented public facilities in the region. Positioned as an extension of this commitment, 3on3Fukaya places a strong emphasis on its connection with the local community. Through the introduction of a cafe and brewery, the goal is to make life in Fukaya more convenient and enriching. The cafe provides a casual gathering place for local residents, while the brewery offers an opportunity to enjoy locally sourced ingredients and beer.
3on3Fukaya is positioned as a community park created by a private enterprise. Throughout the process of realizing Seiful's vision, it has become a welcoming open space akin to a small park, cherished by the local community. Alongside infrastructure development, careful attention was given to the overall design of the facility. Large eaves cover the basketball court and community space, creating a bright and open atmosphere while prioritizing communication with the local culture and people of Fukaya.
3on3Fukaya is a place where the ideas of Seiful employees come to life. Incorporating the opinions and suggestions of the employees, it serves as infrastructure that shapes the community in the city.
