町と共に生きるオールデイカフェ＆ダイニング付き共同住宅
新しい形の共同住宅として、既存社宅の利活用にあたり、リノベーションと共用部分におけるバリューアップの設計を行いました。総戸数は12室で、RC造の建物です。1階には、町に開かれたレストランとカフェスペースがあり、上階の共同住宅の居住者が食事やコミュニティの場として利用できる、オールデイカフェ＆ダイニングを兼ねています。忙しい仕事で部屋で食事を作ることが難しい人々や、居住者同士のコミュニケーションを促進するために、町に開かれた場所を持つ新しい住まいの提案です。
A shared housing with an all-day cafe and dining, living in harmony with the town. As a new form of shared housing, a proposal for the renovation of existing corporate housing has been put forward. The total number of units is 12, and the building is constructed with reinforced concrete (RC). On the first floor, there is a restaurant and cafe space open to the town, serving as an all-day cafe and dining area for the residents of the upper-floor shared housing. This setup allows residents to use the space for meals and community activities. It is a proposal for a new residence with an open space in the town, catering to individuals who find it challenging to prepare meals in their rooms due to busy work schedules and promoting communication among residents.

1階には、地元の人々も利用できるオールデイカフェ＆ダイニングがあります。美味しい食事やリラックスした雰囲気の中で、居住者同士や地域の人々が交流できます。 2階以上には12室の共同住宅が配置されています。各部屋は快適で機能的な生活空間を提供し、居住者がプライバシーを守りながらもコミュニティを築ける環境が整っています。 仕事が忙しい人々にとって、食事の手間を軽減すると同時に、カフェやダイニングでの交流を通じて新しい友達やコミュニティを築くことができます。都市生活を快適かつ楽しいものにする新しい生活様式を提案しています。

On the first floor, there is an all-day cafe and dining area available for local residents. Within the pleasant ambiance and delicious meals, residents and members of the community can socialize. From the second floor onwards, there are 12 units of shared housing. Each room provides a comfortable and functional living space, creating an environment where residents can build a sense of community while maintaining privacy. For busy individuals, this setup not only reduces the hassle of meal preparation but also allows them to forge new friendships and community ties through interactions in the cafe and dining area. The concept proposes a new lifestyle that makes urban living comfortable and enjoyable.
